The hotel features an impressive entrance and spacious reception area that create a striking first impression. The bathroom in my room was particularly amazing, offering a touch of luxury amid the otherwise standard accommodations.

The overall room did not match the hotel’s grand appearance. it was dark and small, lacking freshness. I had a significantly annoying experience battling mosquitoes as there were no screens on the windows. The breakfast selection was present but bland, and at CNY 95, it felt overpriced considering the competition nearby. Lastly, the external garden area felt neglected and unwelcoming, which detracted from the overall aesthetic experience.

Staff were friendly and efficient, with a good grasp of English, making communication easy. The bed was comfortable and clean, though the bathtub design was poor, leading to water pooling on the floor. Non-smoking room availability was misleading, and the overall cigarette smoke smell was pervasive. The location was convenient for exploring tourist attractions and local street food markets.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, and an indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, staff gave great restaurant recommendations. I’ll definitely return for a holiday!

Had a great stay in a Classic Queen Room. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Enjoyed the minibar and private bathroom. The shower was awesome with good water pressure. Free gym access was a bonus, and the spa facilities were nice too. Clean and quiet. Would highly recommend!

Couple's excellent getaway

The staff were fantastic. Especially the receptionist who upgraded us for free and showed us the local spots! We enjoyed lovely breakfasts, and the massive king-size bed was a dream to sleep in.

It wasn't cheap, but what can you expect for the quality we got.

the staff were super helpful and really made us feel at home during our honeymoon. they surprised us with a room upgrade and decorated it all romantic with fruits, flowers, and balloonz. also, the location is bomb, close to subways and food places, and the hotel is quiet and clean, which is just what we wanted. plus, they have english speaking staff to help when needed, so that was a huge plus.

the only bad thing was that the bathroom could use some updates and the floor was slippery. also, the fridge was kinda small and not very useful.
